In this post, you will be responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination of the College's commercial and community hire activities. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a professional and seamless experience, in accordance with College policies.
Specific duties will include:
- Creating rate cards
- Client relationship and liaison management
- Developing and maintaining the college profile within local and broader community
- Meeting clients and judging the appropriateness of bookings
- Negotiating and issuing contracts for bookings in line with policy and procedures
- Maintaining paperwork and records including booking contracts, invoices and credit notes
We are seeking a proactive individual who can demonstrate:
- Administrative experience gained within a busy, customer-focused environment
- Excellent customer service skills, with experience of providing a high level of customer service
- Strong commercial awareness
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, including Teams and Outlook)
