The project involves co-creation with multiple stakeholder groups, including neurodivergent postgraduate researchers, postgraduate research supervisors, and disability support teams.

You should have knowledge or experience of neurodiversity, and analysing qualitative or quantitative research data. Additionally, you should have developing research skills in Psychology or a related discipline, as evidenced by an undergraduate degree, or equivalent experience. Experience with co-design methodologies would be beneficial.

- We are committed to staff development through the provision of training, continued support, and career progression opportunities
- You will have access to a range of benefits and rewards, including fitness and health facilities, staff discounts, travel schemes and many more

Please note that should you require a Skilled Worker Visa to undertake this role we are able to sponsor the visa (subject to eligibility) but we will not be able to reimburse any visa expenses (application fees, health surcharge etc.). Interview travel expenses will also not be reimbursed.
