We are seeking a candidate to support the operational relationship between the University of Nottingham and pathway partners such as the University of Nottingham International College / Kaplan and others. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the student experience journey of pathway students to the University, as well as managing the data and reporting needs of the University and its pathway partners.
You will assist in implementing strategies to enhance student progression to University of Nottingham programmes, providing administrative and coordination support for recruitment activities, student support initiatives, and quality assurance processes. Working under the direction of the Pathway Liaison Manager, you will help maintain effective communication between pathway partners and university departments, coordinate events and activities, and contribute to data collection and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual with strong administrative, communication and data analysis skills to support key partnership and student progression activities. You will have experience of data reporting, managing multiple priorities and building effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel, are essential, along with the ability to present information clearly, solve problems independently and handle confidential information.
Experience in an education environment, cross-cultural awareness, and a proven ability to work both collaboratively and on their own initiative are also required.
This is an internal vacancy open to employees of the University of Nottingham only. Requests for secondment from internal candidates may be considered on the basis that prior agreement has been sought from both your current line manager and the manager of your substantive post, if you are already undertaking a secondment role.
The position is offered on a permanent basis. Hours of work are full time (36.25 hours per week) mainly worked between 8.30am–4.45pm Monday to Friday. Flexibility will be required to work occasional weekends to cover University Events. Job share arrangements may be considered.
