Working as part of the wider HR Operations Team in the Human Resources Department, the post holder will primarily provide a high volume, effective recruitment service for the University in a timely and effective manner.
The post holder will provide accurate advice on policies, their application, and good HR practice as well as using an online recruitment system and other advertising media to place and advise on recruitment. The post holder will operate as part of the wider HR Operations Team providing support on the full employee life cycle where needed.
Strong communication and time management skills are required for this role together with the ability to work well under pressure, maintain excellent attention to detail and demonstrate on-going application of their own initiative. Significant experience of working in a similar role and strong IT skills including use of an online recruitment and electronic HR and Payroll System are required.
