We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support. You will play an important part in supporting a range of activities across the team, helping to ensure an excellent experience for colleagues.

Working as part of a friendly and collaborative team, you will undertake a broad range of administrative tasks, support meetings and events, manage communications, monitor training compliance, maintain records and assist with financial administration, including raising purchase orders. You will also provide support to the Executive Assistant and cover key activities during periods of absence.

Your main work location will be Highfield Campus, however, our HR department works across both Highfield Campus and One Guildhall Square. Both offices have easy access to public transport, restaurants, coffee shops and a University gym. There will be the opportunity to work from home when not due in the office.

As part of our commitment to your well-being, we offer an occupational pension scheme and generous holidays (starting at 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays and 6 University closure days). Staff also have access to our state-of-the-art on-campus sports, arts, and culture facilities and access to a number of University employee discount schemes.

As part of the HR team, you will be supporting the University to 'inspire excellence to achieve the remarkable and build an inclusive world'. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of the University community, where people are valued, and collegiality is key.
