Apply for a summer internship in Engineering (Manufacturing) at our London Plant where our best ideas and innovations are transformed into reality in our world-class manufacturing operating facilities. Our technical, innovative environment is one that embraces fast-paced change and cultivates a sense of leadership and commitment amongst our employees. Our aim is to ignite your potential and equip you to enhance the capability, safety and productivity of all our systems while reducing cost and boosting sustainability. We offer industry leading learning and development opportunities to allow you to excel in your career and take on new challenges - expanding your knowledge and expertise across a range of different areas.

About our London Plant:

From raw materials to finished products, our production facility is where innovation meets execution. Engineers and plant technicians work together to maintain efficiency, uphold safety, and ensure every product meets P&G's exacting quality standards - all whilst contributing to the bigger picture of delivering some of the most iconic P&G products like Fairy, Bold and Ariel that delight consumers worldwide.

The site offers easy access to the city while being situated in a well-connected industrial hub. Chafford Hundred and Grays mainline stations (C2C train line) are nearest to the site besides several bus routes. On site there is free on-site parking, a subsidized restaurant, free on-site gym, occupational health support and local events.

What To Expect:

During your summer internship, you will get a first-hand experience of what a career in Engineering with P&G involves, and if it is right for you. You will be working on live business Engineering projects and expected to dive straight in and take the lead. Each intern receives a customized learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentoring, and training as they deliver their work.

What You Will Gain:

Responsibilities and Real Work from Day 1: You will be given specific projects and responsibilities working on real and live business challenges, just like a true P&Ger.

Continuous training & coaching: You will work with passionate people and receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager.

Competitive Compensation & Benefits: The monthly salary for this summer internship is £2,625. On top of this you'll enjoy the option of a range of benefits including a competitive double-matched pension scheme, private health insurance, participation in a stock ownership scheme, and your very own 'Flex4Me' Fund which enables you to allocate a portion of your benefits package to the areas that matter most to you.

Full Time Role: Successful interns have the potential to secure a full-time position with P&G after graduation. As a 'build from within' company, our people start at entry level and progress through the organization. When we make a job offer, it's with the expectation that you will grow into one of our future leaders, and to help you get there, you will work closely with skilled P&G veterans for mentoring and coaching at every step.

What We Look For:

University students graduating in 2027 or 2028. We also welcome applications from those who have already recently graduated.

Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities.

Strong foundational understanding of engineering principles within your chosen field, as well as problem-solving and leadership skills.

Strong verbal and written English language skills.

Right to Work:

For our internship roles, you will need to provide your own right to work in the UK for the full duration of your internship without requiring sponsorship from P&G. Your right to work permission must be valid between 5th July 2027 until 24th September 2027 for a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.

P&G is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity. P&G champions social mobility and believes socio-economic status should not be a barrier to accessing job opportunities. In addition to this internship being paid, P&G offers provision of all necessary technology and electronic equipment, access to a range of benefits, and financial support if you need to relocate for your internship.
