The role will support the Continuing Education Manager to produce a strategic programme of attendance day and online resources to serve our Alumni and wider veterinary community.

The role also includes full ownership and management of the School's postgraduate assessment strategy, including our MSc in Veterinary Physiotherapy.

You will be a highly organised and proactive individual with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. You will be comfortable managing competing priorities, working flexibly, and building effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring efficient timetabling of teaching resources, staff and course materials
- Identifying marketing opportunities within the veterinary CPD space, and working with the wider University to ensure compliance
- Determining targets and timeframes within the MSc Veterinary Physiotherapy programme to ensure a consistent and robust approach
- Arranging Exam Boards, including liaising with External Examiners

What we offer:
- A friendly, diverse, and supportive working environment
- Generous holiday entitlement of 30 days (or pro rata) plus standard bank holidays and five university closure days including closure between Christmas and New Year
- Commitment to staff development through the provision of training, continued support, and career progression opportunities
- Access to a range of benefits and rewards, including fitness and health facilities, staff discounts, travel schemes and many more

Your working hours will be 36.25 hours weekly. Requests for secondment from internal candidates may be considered on the basis that prior agreement has been sought from both your current line manager and the manager of your substantive post, if you are already undertaking a secondment role.
