About You:
You will be good at getting the best out of others, confidently communicating and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

You will have a sound understanding of how people respond to change and be able to actively listen and influence positive change processes.
You will be resilient, flexible, and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations that require you to think on your feet.
You will have a continuous improvement mindset and experience that shows how this can be practically applied.
You will have the ability to think strategically, pragmatically, and positively about business, product, technical and cross-functional change.
You will be comfortable with providing constructive challenge to a range of colleagues, with a focus on ensuring that benefits are realised and end users are represented.
About the Department:
You'll be joining the Information & Digital Group (IDG), a collaborative, forward thinking department delivering high-quality digital capabilities that support every part of University life.
As part of the wider Programme & Project Delivery team, you'll work in a supportive culture that values curiosity, innovation, and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in shaping how the University approaches digital change, contributing to a modern, user-centred and increasingly agile delivery environment.
Benefits include an attractive pension scheme, a generous holiday allowance plus Christmas closure, excellent learning and development opportunities, and savings on a wide range of products and services. A generous maternity/paternity/adoption/parental leave policy and onsite childcare facilities are also provided. Flexible working options are available. The University is a Living Wage employer.
