This is an exciting opportunity to work across the University, helping to identify, analyse and deliver technology-enabled improvements that enhance services for staff and students. You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, translating business needs into clear requirements and working closely with technical teams to deliver effective digital solutions.
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in business change, process improvement and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring that technology investments deliver real value to the University community.
You will have a proven ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders, understand complex business needs, and translate them into clear requirements that support the delivery of effective digital solutions. Experience in business process mapping, requirements gathering, stakeholder analysis, and user story development is essential.
The position is primarily based at Lancaster University's Bailrigg campus, with flexible hybrid working options available to promote a healthy work-life balance. A minimum of two days per week in the office is expected.
