Associate Lecturer in Accounting and Finance (Auditing)

We are looking for an Associate Lecturer with expertise in Auditing to support teaching and delivery of our auditing modules in Semester 1 2026/27.

You will join an ambitious and supportive academic team focused on providing students with high-quality, practical and career-focused learning experiences.

Working alongside the module leader and wider Accounting and Finance team, you will contribute to teaching, develop and deliver appropriate learning materials, support students with their learning, and contribute to assessment and feedback where required. These responsibilities align with the Associate Lecturer role, which focuses on module delivery and supporting students as part of the teaching team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with relevant academic or professional accounting experience who is interested in contributing to university teaching.

About you:

You will have relevant knowledge and experience in Accounting and Finance, particularly Auditing, and be confident communicating this knowledge to students.

You will:
- Have an undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in Accounting and Finance or a relevant subject.
- Have relevant academic and/or professional experience in Auditing.
- Have excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Bring a flexible and engaging approach to teaching and supporting students.
- Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a teaching team.
- Ideally hold a relevant postgraduate and/or professional accounting qualification.
