We are seeking an Apprenticeship Administration Coordinator to provide high-quality administrative support within the Workforce Development and Skills Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys working in a compliance-focused environment and wants to contribute to the delivery of exceptional apprenticeship programmes.

You will support the administration of apprenticeship programmes throughout the learner journey, ensuring records, documentation and systems are maintained accurately and in line with funding and compliance requirements. Working closely with the Apprenticeship Development Officer and wider team, you will help manage apprenticeship documentation, support quality and compliance processes, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of apprenticeship provision.

You will be a highly organised individual who can work independently while remaining a collaborative and supportive team member. You will have excellent attention to detail and be comfortable managing deadlines and identifying risks.

A range of GCSEs, including English Language and Maths at Grade C/4 or above, or appropriate equivalent experiential learning are essential for this role.

We have a fantastic package of rewards and lifestyle benefits – from an attractive annual leave entitlement to access to a comprehensive employee benefits platform which includes a 24/7 online GP. Our people are our most important asset. We'll encourage you to make the most of your talents and continually develop your skills and knowledge. As well as realising your career ambitions, you'll be making a positive difference to other people's lives.
